Care Package Exchange LLC ("CPX," "we," "us") sells apparel and equipment packages exclusively at the team level. We do not sell individual items or process single-player orders. By placing an order, the purchasing organization ("Buyer") confirms it is ordering on behalf of a full team roster and agrees to these Terms.
All orders begin with a roster submission and are quoted based on team size, sport, package tier, and any customization requested. A quote is not binding until the Buyer approves the written manifest and pricing in writing (email is acceptable).
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% at manifest approval, with the balance due prior to shipment. Production does not begin until the deposit is received. We accept payment via the methods presented at checkout or invoicing.
Apparel and equipment are sized and, where applicable, customized (numbering, branding, colorways) to the approved roster manifest. Because packages are produced to order, changes to roster size, sizing, or customization after production has started may incur additional charges or delays.
Estimated production timelines are provided at quote and vary by package tier and order complexity. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by supplier availability or order complexity.
Orders may be canceled prior to deposit payment at no charge. Once a deposit is paid and production has started, cancellation is subject to our Refund Policy.
Completed packages ship as a single consolidated shipment per our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer upon carrier pickup.
Buyer is responsible for inspecting the shipment against the approved manifest upon delivery and reporting any discrepancies within 7 days per our Refund Policy.
CPX's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. CPX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays to team season schedules.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
