Care Package Exchange LLC is a Pompano Beach, Florida based business that outfits sports teams — youth clubs, school programs, and travel leagues — with complete apparel and equipment packages. We work exclusively at the team level: every order is built from a roster, quoted as one package, and shipped as one manifest.
Most sporting goods retailers are built for one shopper buying one item. We built the opposite: a process for equipping 12 to 80 players at once, with consistent sizing, numbering, and branding across the whole roster, and a single point of contact managing the order from quote to delivery.
Our clients are program directors, athletic directors, booster clubs, and team managers responsible for outfitting a full roster — not individual athletes shopping for themselves. Because of this, we do not sell single items or process per-player checkout; every purchase is a team package.
Each engagement starts with a roster and sizing sheet, moves through a written manifest and quote for approval, and ends with production, quality checks, and a single consolidated shipment.
